Natural origins
- What is the source of morality?
- Without absolute good and evil or without recourse to 'objective' or 'universal' standards of right and wrong, are we left with moral relativism? Or is there something else?
- The implicit [social contract] has often been used to justify and explain the natural origins of morality. Can natural morality be explained by the social contract? Or is it the social contract the oppostite of natural philosophy? Why? Why not?
