Individuals such as Hitler and Stalin do not have lesser-developed brains, per se. Sentient beings of a certain capacity have free will. Some make choices that are positive to overall humanity, and others make choices that are selfish. When one falls outside of jurisdictional authority, such as dictators, then there is less restraint to not act detrimentally. The maxim of the corruption of absolute power. Without cosmic justice, unfortunately no retribution will fall to those who behave badly. The best we (individually and as a nation) can do is combat them on our own for our own security and those of our descendants.- anonymous member
